Culture

Tempranillo  grape vineyards, planted in the typical and traditional agriculture of the area, respecting the Environment.

Vinification

The collected grapes are transported to the winery, where they are crushed, to facilitate the maceration, which Will take place into stainless steel tanks. Then, the most clarified with bentonite.

Tasting

With this elaboration process, after a few days, we have a cherry red wine , with great fruit in the mouth and nose, the aftertaste is very pleasant and fresh.

Ideal temperatura of service: 18 º C

Pairing: ideal to combine with soups and meats

Alcohol: 12 %
