100% Tempranillo.

Culture

We use grapes 100% Tempranillo from our vineyards. Typical and traditional agriculture, handpicked, respecting the Environment.

Vinification

The grapes are handpicked and stored in boxes. Then, transported to the winery where they are crushed, in order to facilitate their maceration which takes place in stainless steel tanks. After 4 days, it is fermented without the skin.

Tasting

The final wine we have has a intense ruby ​​color with great – young fruit in the mouth and nose, taste is very nice and smooth.

 Ideal temperatura of service: 18 º C
Ideal for matching with salats, meats, rices or vegetables. 

  • Alcohol: 13 % 
  • Bottle used: 750 ml.
  • Weight of botle : 1,150 Kg.
  • Bottles of 6 and 12 units.

The García de la Rosa vineyard and winery is located in Noblejas, northwest of Toledo (Spain), bordering the north with the Tagus river, and the Mancha to the south.
